Rescheduling and cancellations

Please contact us by email as early as possible if plans change.

24+ hours before the session: cancellation or rescheduling without a late-cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours before the session: 50% late-cancellation fee.
No-show: 100% of the session fee.
Completed sessions: non-refundable.
Unused prepaid services: refunded where required or approved.
Packages: unused sessions are valid for 365 days by default unless a documented override applies; the original purchase record is preserved.
