Over three weeks, you notice everyday rhythms—meals, movement, and rest—alongside classical ideas such as Agni and Ama. You might record what meals look like, how your days are paced, and when rest or movement fits.
Laura provides educational guidance within the approved scope. This is not a detoxification treatment, a restrictive meal prescription, or a Panchakarma program.
What remains may be a clearer question, a pattern you had not noticed, or a routine you want to understand better. No specific physical, emotional, or medical outcome is promised.
