During the session, Laura introduces traditional Ayurvedic perspectives—including doshas, agni, and daily rhythm—and explores how these ideas relate to everyday life. The conversation may include meal timing, the six tastes, rest, movement, and familiar ingredients from your own kitchen.
Your written learning plan brings the conversation together into practical steps to explore at your own pace. It becomes a reference you can return to and refine in a Follow-up.
